A cup of delicious

Defined coffee opened its flagship location in Huntersville NC just three years ago. Owners Anthony Nuges and Keifer Moskaluk are now the proud owners of three locations with more on the horizon.

We are honored to care for their new location in Mooresville NC in the Morino Mall. This cafe is home to their roastery. They roast coffee on-site and the whole process can be seen from inside the cafe.

I had the opportunity to chat with Anthony and Keifer. As a coffee lover myself, I was equally excited to see the process and meet the team. This cafe has become my new favorite off-site work spot. Not only are their unique blends amazing but the staff is a joy to be around. Always greeted with a smile and genuine interest in my day, I have found myself coming back to this beautiful location. Their whole process is rooted in a love for people.

They are staying true to their mission to connect with their guests and provide a special experience and it has proved to be a winning combination. Defined Coffee has not only survived the economic crisis brought on by the pandemic but is expanding with new locations in different phases of development currently.

They are not trying to compete with the big guys, they are aiming to be the best that they can be. They recognize that their process may take more time, but the goal is to hand their customers something truly special. Each location boasts a state-of-the-art coffee bar, free wi-fi, indoor-outdoor seating, and a special area for your kids to play.
